I could not find my certificates which i completed already.

Question

I completed two microsoft certifications, i have one MCID. Now when i logged in with same mail id i could see different MCID and could not see my certificates as well. Please merge both MCID and make my certificate to reflect. I need to renew my certificate by 5th Dec 2023.
