My certification for D365 F&O is on my personal account and it is linked to my work account but not showing up

I have a work profile ******@mcaconnect.com. I have a person profile ******@yahoo.com. I passed the MB-300. But even after I linked my accounts the profiles to my work MCA Connect, the MB-300 is not showing up.
