Exam Froze during the test?

Hi there, I took the Az104 exam on March 22, 2023 at 5:15 Cst through PearsonVue online (Registration ID 433876738) and the exam froze on me twice, it was frustrating. The online person messaged me that the screen froze and had to relaunch it, twice this happened. I filled out the form to get this resolved and get me a re-take voucher but now one ever got back to me. Can you please look into this and provide me with a voucher? Thank you!
