Am I allowed to distribute PsTools and/or it's various executables with my own proprietary software?

I've read over the EULA and I do not see any explicit provisions related to distribution. Can anyone clarify?

Thanks!

In my opinion you may not distribute Sysinternals software. This is clearly covered in the Sysinternals Licensing FAQ which addresses the question of distribution by stating "No. We are not offering any distribution licenses, even if the 3rd party is distributing them for free. We encourage people to download the utilities from our download center where they can be assured to get the most recent version of the utility." The Sysinternals Software License Terms states that you may not "transfer the software or this agreement to any third party".
