How to set up multiple work accounts on a BYOD machine for testing purposes

I recently set up a Microsoft 365 Business and Azure accounts for a small business. I've set up some dummy users to test permissions and services. I have a personal laptop with Windows 11 Pro on it, and I wanted to set up multiple users on it each corresponding to a different dummy user (******@mycompany.com, ******@mycompany.com, etc). I don't want any of these work accounts linked to my personal one. I'd like at startup to have the option of logging in as an arbitrary work user.

I didn't have the option to login to the work accounts out of the box, because the laptop came with the Home edition and I upgraded it to Pro after initial setup.

Any help would be appreciated, and if this is the wrong approach for this use case then I'm happy to try something different.
