Unable to Access Shared Files Across Tenants in Microsoft Teams

I am facing an issue with cross-tenant file sharing in Microsoft Teams. I have two tenants, tenant1 and tenant2. A member of tenant1 has been added as a guest in tenant2. Despite having the necessary permissions verified in OneDrive, when a user from tenant1 attempts to open a file shared in Teams by a user from tenant2, they encounter an "Unauthorized" error.

I have attached screenshots for reference, confirming that the member from tenant1 has the appropriate permissions through the sharing link in OneDrive.

This issue is hindering collaboration and file access between the two tenants.

Please check the SharePoint organization-level sharing settings.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, in the left navigation pane, under Admin centers, select SharePoint.

In the SharePoint admin center, in the left navigation pane, expand Policies and then select Sharing.

Ensure that external sharing for SharePoint is set to Anyone or New and existing guests.

If you made changes, select Save.

Yeah, Already sharing settings are in higher level so that won't be problem.

Microsoft 365 admin users have access to diagnostic tools that they can run within the tenant. These tools can help users identify issues that might prevent guest users from accessing files in Teams.

Select the Run Tests link. This will populate the diagnostic in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
