Not receiving e-mail from Microsoft on my Zimbra e-mail.

Hello, let me explain the whole context for a better understanding.

Basically I decided to install Ubuntu alongside my Windows, so I could use both as I like using the dual boot feature. The installation went flawlessly, and I am really happy that I now have two separate Operating Systems on my computer, which leaves me with more flexibility.

The thing is that I need to unlock the BitLocker protection from the partition where my Windows is installed, and it asks me to go to aka.ms/myrecoverykey to do it. And now here comes the REAL problem of the situation: I simply cannot log into my Microsoft account.

So when I try to connect to my account, there is a message telling me that a verification code was sent to my e-mail, but all I get is VOID. Yes, I looked at my junk / commercial / social media files but still nothing arrived after several attempts. I even cleaned my Zimbra account by deleting every single e-mail I received, including in the trash can.

Right now I am talking to you using a different account than the one I'm having trouble on, which uses a Gmail e-mail adress this time, and I do get the verification codes on this one. It seems like the problem is the link between Zimbra and Microsoft.

If anyone has even just a single bit of idea that I could try to get access to my account, unlock BitLocker and actually be able to use Windows, please share it with me.

Thanks in advance.
