All exam rescheduling can be done from the dashboard

If you receive this error maybe you have used another account to connect your mcp id to the learn site
try from the learn site to look under settings
connected certification profiles
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/settings
and see what account you see under this tab
