Cannot view Cost Analysis on my own subscription

I have a personal Pay As You Go subscription. My role is listed on the subscription as "Account admin". I am definitely in the correct directory. I can see my invoices. If I click on Cost Management I get this: "You do not have Cost Management access to this subscription. Please contact a subscription owner for access."

I am the subscription owner! I have logged out and in again and tried on another browser. Any ideas?

    The cost analysis access denied issue was caused due to a recent deployment problem. The incident has been mitigated by reverting the deployment and then the issue was resolved.
