Hi @galletto
According to our research, it seems that the tasks from Teams Shifts are not automatically synced to Outlook by default. Another way to do this is to install an app called “Tasks by Planner and To Do” in Teams. This app will create a Task section in Teams that syncs with your Tasks in Outlook. You can also create tasks from emails and assign them to your team members. For more details, you may refer to the article.
Meanwhile, to get this feature more quickly, we recommend you give the feedback in Teams UserVoice. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
