Microsoft Authenticator App Not Working with Multiple Emails

I am having trouble getting Microsoft Authenticator to work with multiple email accounts. Specifically, after adding a second work email, the app stopped displaying the codes needed for logging in to one of my work email accounts. My IT department was able to get it working again, but now it has stopped working with the initial email account. Can anyone provide any insights on how to fix this issue?

James Dawe 0 Reputation points2023-12-04T21:20:46.5866667+00:00 I've spent hours during the weekend trying to find a way to sign in to use Excel but the Authenticator App never sends me a code. I have two accounts on the App, so might try deleteing one from the Authenticator App. When I've tried this, it says back up needs to be disabled... and I don't know how to address that?
