Defender for Endpoint Client is not Enrolling

Question

I had this problem a couple of other times and for the life of me I cannot find the reg key I deleted before and I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. When first enrolling our machines I had a couple of them have this issue and I was able to go into the registry and find a certain GUID and delete it and then it would register it fine. I cannot remember what the path to those list of GUIDs was though. Anyone know?

@Rob Pearson, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems some devices are failed to enroll into Intune and you want to find the enroll related registry keys and delete the previous enrollment information. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

For the enrollment registry keys, you can find them in the following location and delete them:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Enrollments\xxxxxxxxxxxxx
