Hi @Ram Kumar Tamang
Microsoft Teams offers several options for PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) connectivity, which can be leveraged to integrate with third-party VoIP solutions:
Direct Routing: This option allows you to use your own PSTN carrier by connecting your Session Border Controllers (SBCs) to Teams Phone. It enables interoperability with third-party PBXs, analog devices, and other telephony equipment supported by the SBC.
Operator Connect: If your existing carrier participates in the Microsoft Operator Connect program, they can manage PSTN calling and SBCs. This could be a viable option if you want to retain your current PSTN carrier while integrating with Teams.
