Azure App service Plan PremiumMV3 Quota limit

Hello,

Our company manages a tenant with multiple subscriptions, and we are currently working on deploying our applications to a P2MV3 App Service Plan in the West-Europe region. While we have successfully created one instance, we are encountering an issue when attempting to scale out or add a new instance.

The specific error message we are facing is as follows:

"The scale-out operation for the plan 'prd-service-plan-apps' failed: This region has a quota of 1 PremiumMV3 instance for your subscription. Try selecting a different region or SKU."

We do not understand why this limitation exists in one particular subscription, as we are able to scale out to up to 7 instances in other subscriptions, which meets our requirements for the production environment.

Our concern is that we cannot identify any configured limitations on the Usage + Quotas page, and the Microsoft documentation on App Service limits does not provide information on this particular constraint.

Could someone provide insights on how to increase the quota for PremiumMV3 instances in this subscription?

@Anande Premgi Thanks for reaching here! The Premium V3 feature requires the site to run on the newest hardware infrastructure.

To scale up an App Service Plan to Premium V3, the Web App must be running in an App Service deployment that supports PremiumV3.
