I can't activate developer mode on my Xbox Series X

I have a problem trying to activate dev mode on my Xbox Series X. Previously I had an Xbox Series S, and I activate it, but I sold it and now I can't delete it from the list. On Microsoft’s site (https://aka.ms/activatexbox) the plus sign does not appear in the right corner for me to enter the code from the Dev Kit app, in order to activate my new console.debmodexbx
