How to fix Access Review Creation Errors..

Hi Guys,

I am trying to create an access review in azure active directory with identity governance - program - access review for user groups. this is currently give error feedback, any idea on how to remediate this? please see feedback image attached.

To configure Access Review Creation in Azure you must need specific licenses and necessary permissions.
Ensure that you have the necessary roles such as Identity Governance Administrator or a Global Administrator and licenses like Entra ID P2 or Microsoft Entra ID Governance licenses. Could you please check and confirm is the Prerequisites are there before creating the Access Review.
