On the Edit Application Pool Recycling Settings found in IIS Manager, there are options under Fixed Intervals: Regular time intervals, Fixed number of requests, and Specific times.

For regular time intervals, if I set it to 300 minuets, is that 300 minutes from when I set these settings?

If I set regular time intervals to 34200 (30 days) AND set Specific times at 1:00AM, will it recycle at 1AM 30 days later? or will it recylcle at 1AM each day and again 30 days later?

    @MVFZZZ

    For regular time intervals, if I set it to 300 minuets, is that 300 minutes from when I set these settings?

    The meaning of regular time intervals is that since the application pool was last recycled or started, it will be recycled after running for a fixed time interval.

    If I set regular time intervals to 34200 (30 days) AND set Specific times at 1:00AM, will it recycle at 1AM 30 days later? or will it recylcle at 1AM each day and again 30 days later?

    The meaning of specific times is that recycling once or multiple times at any time within 24 hours a day.

    If you use this setting, it recylcle at 1AM each day and again 30 days later.

    Best regards,
