RTC Alarm not working when setting to a time in the future which is below 60 seconds away, but passing the minute mark?

Hello,

I think I found a problem when setting an RTC Alarm on a Linux machine in the HyperV, I am experiencing Problems when surpassing the minute or hour mark. In detail: when setting an alarm every second, the interrupt does not occur, when passing the minute mark. Within one minute the alarm for second works fine. The same happens, when you always add a minute and the hour changes. (Note: I am setting the whole time, so I am adding a minute or hour if this mark is being passed.) Please let me know if this is a known issue and if so, if there are any workarounds.

Thank you!

Update: I used a sleep to pass the minute mark, which worked fine for some time, but it seems that sometimes the alarm still goes missing, about 3 times in 24h
