Student status acknowledged but no discount available

Hello,

I submitted proof of my academic status in order to benefit from the certification cost discount. I received an email to confirm this, however, on the checkout page of Person VUE it doesn't reflect this and doesn't allow me to apply any discount stemming from the student status. Also, in the profile, it says only "Student", not "Student - Verified".

Can you please help?
