5 days earlier I have been granted access to the oai service, I tried to interact with the gpt4 in the playground a little bit, today when I tried to create a new deploy of gpt35, it says that "no model available". Despite this, I was still able to interact with my previous GPT4 deployment up to this point.

Assuming that there might be a problem with the current service instance, I attempted to delete and recreate it. However, on the ‘create azure openai’ page, I was presented with the following message: “The subscription does not have QuotaId/Feature required by SKU 'S0' from kind 'OpenAI' or contains blocked QuotaId/Feature.”

what happened to my subscription?

Azure OpenAI Service

杰文 关 Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

I understand that you have submitted the access form and got the approval for Azure OpenAI use. Looks like initial access has been granted for creating GPT4 and now it has been removed.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

If you are using the subscription plan Azure for Students, then it is no longer allows for Azure OpenAI use.

Our team is working on getting this communicated to avoid any confusion and inconvenience.

Yes, Your subscription should use be a pay as you go account to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved.

As mentioned in Azure account requirements, you can get an Azure account for free and you'll get some free Azure credits to get started to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved.

You can request access with this form. If your access request to Azure OpenAI service doesn't match the acceptance criteria, you can use OpenAI public API instead.

Hope this helps. Do let me know if you have any further queries.
