What Azure service can I use to process email from an account in another WebMail, and analyze it?

What I want to do, is to get from a custom domain email account located in GoDaddy.com, emails from specific addresses and process the PDF attached.

I already did the PDF analysis with Azure AI, but you have to upload it to a Web App, I'd like a service to connect periodically to this account, check if the new emails are from those addresses, and analyze the PDF.

How can I connect to an external WebMail through Azure?
