Block users from installing app version of websites

How do I stop users installing app version of websites from here:

Is this possible to stop?

Via intune

@Aran Billen, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems you want to block users from install app via website. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

Based on my researching, I didn't find any built-in policy can do this. But I find "Blocks external extensions from being installed" on Edge. If the app belongs to extension, you can try this policy:

Or you can check if app has any file installed on the computer after the installation. If yes, you can try to block the installation via Applocker or WDAC to install it on the computer. If it can work with Applocker or WDAC, then we can deploy the Applocker xml via Intune to the computer.
