@Szabo,K,Karoly,TDEK6 R To create an alert on Session Border Controllers status change, you can use Azure Monitor. Here are the steps to create an alert rule:
- In the Azure portal, go to the Azure Communication Services resource that contains your Session Border Controllers.
- Select the Monitor service, and then select Alerts > New alert rule.
- Select Select target, and then select the resources that you want to target. Select the Subscription, and set the Resource type to filter down to the Session Border Controllers that you want to use.
- Once you've selected a resource to target, select Add criteria. The Session Border Controllers have metrics on which you can create alerts. Set Available signals to the metrics that you want to use to generate alerts.
- Fill out the alert details like alert rule name, description, and severity. You can also add an action group to the alert to automate and customize the alert response.
Once you have created the alert rule, you can view the logs in Application Insights or Log Analytics. You can also customize the logs that are generated by configuring the diagnostic settings for your Session Border Controllers.
