In Office 365 GCC High, security group owners can manage group memberships through the Azure AD portal. They should navigate to the Azure portal (portal.azure.com), go to "Azure Active Directory," select "Groups," and then find and manage the desired security group from there. The Admin tile may no longer be available for this purpose.

Security group owners no longer see the Admin tile at www.office365.us or myapps.office365.us. They used to be able to click that tile and manage group memberships. How should they be doing that now? Note these are not mail-enabled and not O365 groups. Also note this is a GCC High tenant. Thank you.
