Incorrect Certificate Generated of az104 exam

I have given a exam of az104 adminstration on 29-nov-2023 and i successfully passed and also recieved email of the completion.

But when I checked the critificate has been generated with name : Azure amdinistration associate not as Az Administration. I want to correct this , if possible.
