How to Link Credly Certification to Microsoft Account

Hello

I just renewed my AZ-104 certification, and it shows as renewed in Microsoft Learn, but it does change in Credly.
There the exam says expired.

I deleted Microsoft as a connected application in Credly but cannot re-add it.

How and where can I do this?
