On November 28, I registered to take SC 400 Microsoft exam. I was check-in by the TA and I asked the TA if I can go to the bathroom and he said yes. When I got back from the bathroom. My exam has timed out and complained to the TA and the TA created a case #10601636 and told me to contact Microsoft. I did not have a chance to read the NDA part because I went to the bathroom. I need my exam rescheduled,
