Updating endpoint cdn rules takes forever

Hi I'm trying to update my endpoint CDN rules (On a static web site ) and it's never ending when I hit save, currently it's at 2 hours and no changes at all:

Is there an issue with what I'm trying to do or an issue with azure?

    @JeremyDerrac-8649, I have tested this in my lab where i can deploy a rule in few seconds. Could you please dismiss the deployment and redeploy the rules?
