Why can't I see my certification exam history?

Dear Azure Support,

I hope you're well. I'm currently unable to access my certification exam history on Azure, a feature I previously had no trouble with. Has there been any recent update or technical issue affecting this?

Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Certification is not supported here on Q&A forums. I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.

Dashboard then in left pane Credentials\Certifications

Certification Profile/Certification Dashboard

Microsoft Certification / Exams / Score Reports or Exam Results

Microsoft Certification / Certification Profile / Transcript / Missing Exams or Certifications
