How to block Outlook Mobile app connectivity

Hello,

I wanted to block Outlook Mobile app connectivity, but I faced some problems. So, although ActiveSync is disabled for my account, I can log in to my account. I used another mail application, in this case, my mail is quarantined. Only, in the Outlook Mobile App, I didn't see that process and easily logged in to my account without quarantine.

How can I solve that and prevent that connection?

    Do you mean that you could still access it even though ActiveSync is disabled？（reference only. ）

    How long ago did you disable ActiveSync? There may be a delay, try changing your password if possible and it should block access immediately.

    Is your device quarantined? you could also take a look at device access rules.
