Cannot register a new Teams organization which is related to AAD

Question

Hi all,

I have deleted a Teams (free) organization from Azure AD (Following https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/delete-your-teams-free-organization-2c28cfcf-3fbf-497c-938f-8815a8f6a6b9).

But when I wanted to register a new organization with the same personal Microsoft account, I get the following message: Something went wrong, please try again.
Then I tried to log in portal.azure.com, when i try to access Azure Active Directory, there is always below errors:

Experiencing authentication issues
The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded.

Additional information from the call to get a token:
Extension: Microsoft_AAD_ERM
Resource: MS-PIM
Details: AADSTS50020: User account '{EmailHidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'c44b4083-3bb0-49c1-b47d-974e53cbdf3c'(Azure Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

How long does it take to register a new organization after you delete it?

It should take up some time to take effect. You can wait for a long time, then create a new Teams free org with this Microsoft account.
