Windows Server 2016 and Microsoft Visual C++ after patching creates problem in my server.

Hi Team,

Can you please whether the following hotfixes had some issues? My Server starts mis-behaving and creating the issues related to Netbios or nbns flooding in our environment. Please help me to validate whether the issue is related to the following updates or not ?
