How to get my az-900 on my MS learn profile

Question

I recently passed my AZ-900 exam and the certification is not appearing on my ME learn account. How do I check what account it's attached to, or get the certification attached to my currently signed in account? There isn't much in the way of information contained within the email.

Dashboard then in left pane Credentials\Certifications
