How can i view my certificate from certiport. I have Microsoft Certification ID and a temporary access code. I am not getting any option to connect my certiport account with microsoft learn account.

Certification is not supported here on Q&A forums. I'd try asking for assistance with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. Participate\Ask A Question Learn / Cert Moderators will help you from there.
