Issue with Azure AI ChatGPT returning "The requested information is not found in the retrieved data"

Hello, I have a semantic search index in Azure and a blob storage with 5 PDF files. When I use AI Search to query the data, it works fine. However, when I use Chat Playground from Azure AI Studio with the same index, I always receive the error message "The requested information is not found in the retrieved data. Please try another query or topic." Can someone offer advice on how to resolve this issue? Thank you.

    Hi can you Check that the queries you're using in the Chat Playground are correctly formatted and match the syntax expected by the semantic search index. Check if the queries include relevant keywords and are appropriate for the dataset and index schema.
