The 'Pricing tier' with no available items when creating an Azure OpenAI service.

Question

I have onboarded to azure openAI service. But the 'Pricing tier' with no available items when i create it.

The note is:

The subscription does not have QuotaId/Feature required by SKU 'S0' from kind 'OpenAI' or contains blocked QuotaId/Feature.

I'm sure my subscriptionID is the same with my Azure OpenAI Service request. What's the problem?

Brad Dong Thanks for confirming.

I have checked internally and found that, Currently the free subscription plan is no longer allows for Azure OpenAI use regardless of gating email.

Our team is working on getting this communicated to avoid any confusion and inconvenience.

Your subscription should be a pay-as-you-go account to ensure Azure OpenAI deployments are successful once your request is approved. Please upgrade to pay-as-you-go and try.
