Hi @Janik Bartosz ,
This does not apply to all meetings, but most often to those in which one particular person is participating. These meetings are visible in OWA and in the Outlook to-do bar.
Does it only affect the user in question? Is it a sudden issue that has occurred recently?
In case it's caused by any customized view settings in Outlook, it's suggested to try resetting views via View > Reset View:
If the Reset View button is gray out or the above doesn't work, you can follow the steps below and see if it can help:
- Right click on the calendar and choose Properties.
- Click Clear offline items, OK.
- Switch to the inbox, click Update folder, switch back to the calendar.
If the problematic meetings are still not visible in Outlook, I'd recommend running Outlook in safe mode to eliminate the impact of factors like add-ins:
- Close Outlook.
- Press Win+R, type "outlook /safe", press Enter.
Should the issue persist, please try creating a new Outlook profile and add the user's account to check how it goes.
In addition, when this user wants to create a meeting in, say, two days from now and clicks twice to create it a new Outlook window instead of setting the start date to the day he clicks sets today and the nearest full hour.
At the moment we cannot determine whether this issue is relevant to the problem discussed above. In light of this, I'd suggest you try the steps above first and see if the wrong time slot issue can be resolved altogether. If the first issue is resolved but this one is still unresolved, please understand that we usually only focus on one issue per thread, so it would be best if you try to open a new thread for better discussion.
