I am not able to download my AZ-900 certificate

Hi,

I had given Microsoft AZ-900 exam on Saturday, December 9, 2023. I got 905 score.

Its been more than 48 hours now and I have not received my certificate over mail or its not available on my portal too. Kindly expedite the process and mail me the certificate or provide navigation to exact location from where I can download the certificate.
