Unable to deploy gpt-3.5 model to web app through azure openai studio. Stuck on "Deploying".

Everytime i try to "Deploy" my chatgpt-3.5-turbo based model with a custom data source to a web app, it loads forever stating that its "Deploying", but after a few hours the notification dissapears and nothing happens.

@Sebastian Bo Sørensen Could you check if you see any resources in the selected resource group? Also, could you check the activity log and deployments for the resource group for errors?

Hi,

There are three resources in the selected resource group, namely a Storage Account, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search. The web app never showed up in the overview of resources, and the Activity log around that time just says "Get Admin Key" and "List Keys" a bunch of times. All "Succeeded". "Deployments" only have one deployment of the storage-resource, but i dont think its related, since it happened a few hours after the last time i tried to deploy the web app
