I am trying to log in to Teams and am asked to enter my credentials. After entering my credentials and the given number from Authenticator, I get: We couldn't sign you in. Please try again.

I've tried several times, I've followed the steps on "Cannot access your account" and it still works.

    Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
