Authenticator app not working

Question

When I’m using the authenticator app I have a problem because when I need a code to log it says I have to log in on my device and when I try it it gives me another code wich I can’t use because I don’t have any other devices connected with the app which means I can’t log in my school account and I can’t fill in anything

You'll need the school admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
