I accidently delete my email account of Authenticator for Two Factor Authentication

I accidently delete my email account of Authenticator, Now I realize that I need to use it for login Admin365 portal which I need to Verify Authenticator 2 factor, please help me to recover my email account for Authentication"

You'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
