I created an Azure B2C and set up 2-factor authentication for my account, but now my device is lost. Is there any way I can access my Azure B2C. I followed this guide (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/common-problems-with-two-step-verification-for-a-work-or-school-account-63acbb9b-16a1-47b9-8619-6a865e8071a5) but still can't solve it.

    Hi @Tinh Nguyen ,

Sorry to hear that you are locked out. If you have authenticator set up you can restore your account credentials from backup on the new device. If you do this you need to go straight to that option instead of re-adding the new instance of authenticator as a new authentication. Otherwise the old and invalid information will overwrite the new and current one.

If this is not an option you can fill out the Microsoft Account recovery form, describe your situation, and provide details to demonstrate that you're the account owner.

If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850
