How can I call a fabric data pipeline from Azure data factory?

Hello,

I have an existing pipeline for a process in Azure data Factory. I also have a data pipeline in Fabric. I want my fabric pipeline to run after an activity in my azure data factory pipeline is completed. How can I achieve a link from my ADF to Fabric? Is this possible? Calling an fabric data pipeline from Azure data factory pipeline?

Please let me how I can achieve this.

@Nikitha Katla - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

Unfortunately, it is not supported as of today. Currently it is not possible to run/trigger a pipeline in fabric from a REST API call/ external trigger as it is not available. This feature to trigger using Rest API is still in development phase and I will update this thread once it's available.

Hey,

unfortunately as of now Fabric pipelines also do not support Event based triggers and neither have any REST API.

So for now, there is no way to trigger Fabric pipelines externally.
