Our AI Chatbot (server is located in Germany) doesnt work in the Middle East. Any help?!

Our AI Chatbot (server is located in Germany) doesn't work in the Middle East. Any help?
Using the chatbot in Middle East throws an error message, while it works fine in Germany and I guess Europe.

romungi-MSFT 48,431 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2023-12-14T10:58:19.4966667+00:00 @Elias I am not sure if this is because of a network limitation in the specific location that you are facing access issues with. You would have to enable diagnostic logging on your resource to understand what requests are being blocked in this region and then try to rectify them. You could also try to use a VPN from this region to check if it is because of any restrictions imposed in the region. Thanks!!
