Unable to access a workspace that the web page says I have access

I have a Microsoft Partner account with access to a workspace "Hardware" to submit drivers.

This has worked well in the past.

I am an account Administrator. I am unable to access the workspace to submit drivers. There is a problem verifying my "Employment" in the settings. A former employee retired which is where I would guess the verification request went. What do I do?
