How to fix the incoming calls to show in screen

Hello team, I'm using POCO F4 mobile and and miui version is 14.0.6. I have installed Microsoft teams in my work profile. I can't see the incoming calls in screen. But ringing and vibrating. Even I couldn't access the permissions section. How can I fix this issue to know who calling?

Hi @Baskar K

if you have installed teams only on work profile then install teams on personal profile as well.

Please ensure to enable all the notifications on work profile teams and personal profile teams, specially permanent notification should be enabled for both

Please disable battery saver for both and enable autostart for both.

Hi, I tried all the things you said. Even the incoming calls are not appearing in screen.
