lost access for Microsoft 365 owner administrator account

Question

1. lost access for Global Administrator of Office 365 Business Account and Authenticator App because I lost my phone and cannot login to my global administrator Office 365 account and Authenticator App again on other devices. I try to login Authenticator app but not complete and failed. I have only one owner right and global administrator account in my tenant .
2. 4 Users can't login until now including owner global administrator account

You'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
