Hello.

I received an e-mail with new terms of a client agreement. I don't have any subscriptions on azure, but there is an account pricing id: 6c7203b5-f8b3-5902-3437-15c11a903024:7ebe9c64-916a-46de-9097-521b33caaf4f_2019-05-31. I tried to access all subscriptions in my account, but found nothing. So, seems to be an error in the system.

Can somebody help me with this problem?

If you have no other azure subscriptions to submit from you can reach out to the Azure / 365 Data Protection team to restore access. Just plan to have proof of tenant ownership on hand. 866-807-5850

Simplest solution may be to create a billing support request via one of the other tenants, explaining the details and a support engineer will contact you.
