Azure AD B2B logout redirect not working

I'm using Azure AD for adding users via B2B flow. I'm using OpenID connect protocol to authenticate the users. The user login is working correctly. But when I am hitting the end_session_endpoint, the user is not getting redirected to post_logout_redirect_uri.

It's a blocker for my client demo. Kindly please help to resolve this issue.

I tried in both Chrome and Safari.
I am not getting any errors in the console or network tab.
The logout URL is registered in redirect/reply URL.

Tried the troubleshooting steps, but the problem is still not resolved. Sharing below the details:

Redirect URI Registration: Confirm that the post_logout_redirect_uri is correctly registered in Azure AD.

--> The logout URI is correctly registered in the Azure AD. I validated it again.

URL Format: Ensure the logout URL is correctly formatted, including necessary query parameters.

--> The URL format is also correct. There is no query parameters in the logout URI

Application Configuration: Check if your application’s logout process is correctly configured to use the end_session_endpoint.

--> Its configured correctly. I'm using wellknown url end_session_endpoint URL to redirect user to logout page

Browser-Specific Issues: Test in different browsers and consider any browser-specific settings or behaviors.

--> I tried in Safari & Chrome. The issue is same.

Azure AD Logs: Review Azure AD logs for any clues or errors related to the logout process.

How can I reach out to Azure Support for the further troubleshooting? Please help. Urgent client demo is pending due to this issue.
